Physiological Benefits of Coherence: Research shows that when people enter the state of coherence regularly, on a daily basis, very powerful physiological changes occur. Psychological Benefits of Coherence: Psychologically, entering this state on a regular basis increases positive moods and optimism, improves sleep patterns and rest achieved from sleep, lowers feelings of stress and produces feelings that life has become richer.
More effective than antidepressants: Research studies are beginning to show that entering the state of coherence daily can be more effective than antidepressant medication as a treatment for depression, at least in some patients. Training in entering this state has also proved useful as a treatment for anxiety disorders.
